Your tasks:

Residents:

  • Processing of matters in accordance with registration law
  • Passport and identity card services (identity cards, passports)
  • Notarizations and issuing of life certificates
  • Applications for information from the Federal and Central Trade Registers
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of elections
  • Issue of examination authorization certificates
  • Applying for driver's licenses as well as vehicle and driver's license changes when moving within the district

Lost and found office:

  • Receipt, storage and handover of lost property
  • Disposal of lost property

Other service:

  • Advice and information on events, local public transport and public authority guides
  • Issue of information material from the municipality and other authorities
  • Provision and acceptance of application forms
  • Sale of tickets for events
  • Issuing and renewing fishing licenses
  • (Vehicle registrations, if applicable)
  • Processing of administration fees and preparation of daily and monthly financial statements

General citizen service:

  • General information and advice by telephone and direct contact
  • Internal tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail and material procurement

What you bring with you:

  • Completed training in the administrative field (e.g. administrative assistant) or a comparable qualification
  • Service orientation and pleasure in dealing with people
  • Reliability, organizational talent and initiative
  • Confident handling of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with new IT applications
